  1. CHICKEN RITZ–The #1 favorite at The Durning House. Made with sour cream, rice, water chestnuts, chicken breast, topped with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.
  2. CHICKEN SUPREME –Chicken Breast, wild rice, water chestnuts, green beans, topped with cheese and paprika.
  3. CHICKEN DIVAN-Chicken breast, broccoli, cheese, cream of soups, topped with crumbled cornbread.
  4. CHICKEN SPAGHETTI–Always a favorite with the young and old. Ours is cheesy and just right.
  5. CRUNCHY TOP HAM & POTATO–Hearty and a favorite with ham and potato lovers. Ham, hash browns, sour cream, cream of soups, cheese, topped with crunchy corn flakes.
  6. ENCHILADA CASSEROLE–Ground beef, spinach, cheeses, tomatoes, sour cream, corn tortillas. Really GOOD!.
  7. CHIPPER CHEESE– A wonderfully rich chicken casserole made with celery, cream of soups, toasted almonds, hard boiled eggs, cream cheese, rice, seasonings, topped with crushed potato chips.
