Tender Sirloin steak that is pan seared to seal in juices, then
topped with onions, mushrooms, black olives and baked slowly in a
cream sauce till fork tender.
2. Sour Cream Marinated Chicken Boneless, skinless chicken breast,
marinated overnight in
sour cream and seasonings. Generously rolled in bread crumbs and
baked.

This is a take off on the women of the Deep South. Any respectable
Southern
woman would not be caught dead at a social event without dressing to
the
hilt, including their hats and gloves.
This will be a fun event that you won't want to miss. If you cannot
bring
your daughter or mother, pick someone else's and bring her along.
We will do a mini book review, give favors for everyone, and even
have a
door prize or two.
Seating is family style and limited to 75, so reserve your seat NOW!
